MasterTeck is a platform offering over 300 courses in the fields of blockchain and AI, with the goal of developing digital human resources in Vietnam.
On September 24, the scientific council, consisting of 15 professors, doctors, and leading technology experts from the Academy of Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence Innovation ABAII, convened and approved MasterTeck. The organization aims to become Vietnam’s leading online learning platform in blockchain and AI. MasterTeck focuses on building a system of knowledge and practical work skills for learners, enhancing their capabilities and effectiveness in real-world jobs.
According to the 2023 report from the World Economic Forum (WEF), 75% of businesses plan to adopt AI and big data by 2027. Roles related to AI and Machine Learning are among the top 10 fastest-growing careers.
According to ABAII representatives, MasterTeck was developed to solve the challenge of high-quality human resources in the digital age. Dr. Lê Linh Lương, Deputy Director, highlighted the platform’s advantage in bringing together a team of 120 domestic and international experts, along with certifications such as CompTIA, EC-Council, and PECB.
“The certificates are issued in both traditional and NFT formats, ensuring transparency, global visibility, and direct integration with each student’s LinkedIn profile,” Dr. Lương said.
According to the announcement, MasterTeck’s courses are designed to closely align with the real needs of the labor market, focusing on trending industries such as Financial Analysis, Stock Investment, and Marketing – Communication. The academy will regularly update course content to reflect the latest knowledge and skills in the field.
Professor and Doctor of Science Hoàng Văn Huây, former Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, President of the Vietnam Blockchain Association, and Chairman of the ABAII Scientific Academy, emphasized that mastering blockchain and AI knowledge and skills will help workers stay ahead of the rapidly changing job market.
“Artificial intelligence cannot replace humans, but those who know how to use AI will replace those who don’t,” Mr. Huây asserted.
Agreeing with this perspective, Mr. Trần Việt Hùng, former Deputy Chief of Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Senior Advisor to the Vietnam Blockchain Association, stated that blockchain and AI are transformative technologies, driving creativity and innovation across all fields of life and society.
“The MasterTeck online learning platform is a practical tool, directly addressing the challenges young people face in accessing and acquiring structured professional knowledge,” Mr. Hùng said.
According to Lieutenant General Đặng Vũ Sơn, former Head of the Government Cipher Committee and Senior Advisor to the Vietnam Blockchain Association, as well as Vice President of the ABAII Scientific Academy, MasterTeck will take a practical approach with its content, covering a wide range of topics and incorporating lectures from international organizations. The course structure is designed to be accessible, even for beginners.
Additionally, the members also provided feedback on several areas that need improvement to enhance the platform, such as the interface, multi-platform access methods, and the integration of third-party features and platforms.
MasterTeck is expected to launch in October, allowing users to register for free.
