Appointment of Senior Managers to Complete ABAII’s Organizational Structure

Following the official announcement of its Founding Council, Scientific Council, and Management Council, the ABAII Academy has appointed six senior managers to finalize its organizational structure in preparation for upcoming plans.

The newly appointed personnel include Ms. Tạ Ngọc Diệp as Chief of Staff, Ms. Đỗ Thị Thu Hà as Director of Communications, and Ms. Phạm Thùy Linh as Director of Talent Development.

Additionally, the ABAII Academy has officially established the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center (AIIC), focusing on AI dissemination, training, and solutions. Mr. Hàng Minh Lợi has been appointed as Director of the center, supported by two Deputy Directors, Ms. Nguyễn Bội Ngọc and Mr. Võ Công Khôi.

Ms. Tạ Ngọc Diệp has been appointed as Chief of Staff. With 15 years of experience in brand building and management within the technology and financial banking sectors, she also has three years of expertise in marketing communications at prestigious educational institutions such as Scots English Australia, National Citizen Bank (NCB), TPBank, and FPT Corporation.

Ms. Đỗ Thị Thu Hà, the new Director of Communications, brings over 15 years of experience in journalism and media, having worked at notable publications including Doanh nhân Việt Nam toàn cầu, Pháp luật TPHCM, Ngày nay, and Vietnam Real Estate Magazine. Additionally, she serves as the Head of Partnerships and Affiliate Development and Deputy Head of Communications for the Vietnam Blockchain Association.

Ms. Phạm Thùy Linh, the Director of Talent Development, has more than five years of experience in the blockchain industry. She has held various roles, including Community Manager, Business Development Director, and Head of Marketing, and has also been a lecturer and speaker at numerous programs hosted by prominent industry partners.

Mr. Hàng Minh Lợi, Director of AIIC, brings over 10 years of experience in developing, innovating, and managing technology products across various industries, including insurance, finance, blockchain, education, tourism, gaming, and real estate, both domestically and internationally. He has held senior management roles at organizations such as Optus Singtel Group, REST Industry Super, Elastic Grid, and Baxter IP. Currently, he serves as Deputy Head of the Fintech Application Committee of the Vietnam Blockchain Association.

Ms. Nguyễn Bội Ngọc, Deputy Director of AIIC, has over 9 years of experience in the financial sector. She is an expert in consulting, strategic development, and project management across financial domains such as securities, commodities, and forex. Her career includes roles at DecomStars, DnR Labs, Aeyes Vietnam, and W3GG (YGG SEA) Game Guild, and she is the founder of the GloDAO project.

Mr. Võ Công Khôi, Deputy Director of AIIC, has more than 8 years of experience as a senior lecturer in Law, specializing in the Department of State and Law, at the Region III Political Academy of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. He was awarded a full doctoral scholarship under Vietnam’s 911 Project and received numerous accolades, including the 2010 National Youth Leadership Award and the Outstanding Educator Award from 2008 to 2014 at the Region III Political Academy.

On April 24, the ABAII Academy was officially launched, introducing its Founding Council comprising 7 members, a Scientific Council with 14 members, and a Management Council with 5 members representing the northern, central, and southern regions of Vietnam. The institute also announced its strategic goal of popularizing blockchain and AI to 1 million Vietnamese citizens by 2030.
