The seminar on “Application of Blockchain Technology in Production, Commerce, and Entertainment” was successfully organized by the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA) and GOSU Online Corporation as part of the Vietnam International Trade Fair 2023. The fair, hosted by Vinexad Advertising and Trade Fair Joint Stock Company, featured over 1,600 booths and attracted participants from 20 countries and territories, expecting to draw more than 20,000 visitors from both domestic and international markets.
Mr. Le Thanh Minh, Chairman of GOSU Online Corporation, stated, “Originating as a traditional gaming company, after a decade of development, we have garnered over 40 million customers. However, the evolution of blockchain technology compelled us to explore beyond traditional boundaries. Since 2018, we have been researching and applying blockchain technology in production, commerce, and gaming. As of now, GOSU has successfully launched five games, namely 9DNFT, Mecha Warfare, Soul Realm, Flashpoint, and Galixcity, along with the educational social network project SIA, all incorporating blockchain technology. For production and commerce, these attributes position blockchain as an electronic ledger optimizing business processes. In the gaming industry, blockchain supports the automation of revenue-sharing processes among involved parties. The direct payment without intermediaries is a significant advantage, fostering rapid and robust development in the gaming industry. Moreover, the emergence of tokens and NFTs creates unique experiences and added value for players.”
