Twenty senior leaders from partners such as Tether, Klaytn, ChainLink, AlphaTrue, CoinEx/ViaBTC, Aptos, Trust Wallet, HoldStation, Investment Trive, Emurgo Academy, OKX, Matrixport, Mind Network, Aura Network, Kysos Trust, Spores Network, Amnis Finance, Decom Stars, Vietnam Bond Market Association, Decom Investment, and others attended an informal gathering organized by the Vietnam Blockchain Association on June 6.
In his opening remarks, Mr. Phan Đức Trung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Blockchain Association (VBA), welcomed the presence of senior leaders from major companies in the blockchain industry and briefly shared insights into the Vietnamese market.
“We call upon and encourage businesses in the blockchain industry in general, especially virtual asset service providers (VASP), to strictly comply with existing regulations, protect user rights, and prepare for implementing the VA-VASP legal framework expected in May 2025. To achieve this goal, we need the collaboration of the VASP community, especially the pioneering and leading entities present here today, to join forces with the association in supporting user protection and enhancing the transparency of the Vietnamese market,” Mr. Trung emphasized.
The event was attended by representatives from major domestic and international blockchain industry partners, including Tether, Klaytn, ChainLink, ICP, AlphaTrue, CoinEx, Aptos, Trust Wallet, HoldStation, Investment Trive, Emurgo Academy, OKX, Matrixport, Mind Network, Aura Network, Kysos Trust, Spores Network, Amnis Finance, Decom Stars, the Vietnam Bond Market Association, Decom Investment, and others.
Notably, this is the only event that has gathered the full leadership of pioneering global blockchain entities in Vietnam to discuss and share visions and plans to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the blockchain industry in Vietnam.
Leaders of international partners also shared their perspectives and development plans for the Vietnamese market, expressing their commitment to supporting VBA in promoting blockchain and AI and adhering to legal regulations to advance the future of blockchain and help this emerging, high-potential industry in Vietnam integrate globally.
The event concluded with lively discussions, paving the way for sustainable cooperation opportunities soon.
